Open a folder on disk. The cloud agent and editor write into that folder. Preview and terminal stay in the cloud.

In the app: File → Open Folder, pick a project, then work as usual. After you sign in, the window reuses that session. First builds are unsigned — macOS may ask you to open the app from Privacy & Security.
